Method
  1. take 3 red or orange Peppers and cut then in half
  2. put the Peppers, skin side up, on a grill tray and pop under the grill
  3. remove from the grill when the skins are black and blistered and the flesh soft
  4. peel the Peppers of the blackened skins (don't worry if you can't peel all the pepper)
  5. Fry an Onion, red Onion is nice, and a clove of garlic
  6. When soft add the chopped Peppers, add some origano or majorum if you have any, prefrably from your wonderful herb garden
  7. Meanwhile, boil a mug or two of pasta, that spiral type is nice
  8. When the pasta is cooked drain it and serve portions on a plate, add the pepper mix and if you want top with grated cheese, chedder or that parmesan if you like it
  9. serve with a nice green salad and a glass of red wine if you have friends round and want a bit of a party atmosphere
