| Method |
- This is a traditional Royal Naval Breakfast
- Grill, Fry or Roast the Sausages until cooked to your liking
- Whilst the sausages are cooking, put the tomatoes in small saucepan and heat over a low flame (Do not boil)
- While your waiting for the sausages, crack the Eggs into a medium sized bowl and add the Milk, salt and pepper.
- Beat the egg mixture untill it is an even yellow colour
- Make the Toast
- Put the Eggs into a medium sized saucepan and cook over a medium to high heat stiring all the time.
- When the Eggs have a lumpy creamy texture take the pan off the heat.
- Put the Toast and sausages on the plate
- Put the scambled Eggs on the Toast
- Put the tomotoes on the plate and drissle the juice over the Eggs and sausages
- Serve with a mug of tea
